Choose your goal and over 8-10 weeks you will see and feel the transformation occur! What better way to workout than by having fun with friends and getting support from others who "get it"!
Depending on the program, these sessions will run with 8-20 people per team in both indoor and outdoor settings. Up to 3 sessions per week plus ongoing support through emails and tracking sheets to log information such as eating habits, cardio exercise or extra weight-training sessions. Guaranteed results and potential to network with like-minded people for future activities!

Designed as a corporate program, but also available on request to other small groups this amazing program will help you look and feel FANTASTIC.
This 10-week program is for you if:
- You would be fine with having MORE ENERGY (and shedding a few pounds)
- You prefer REAL FOOD over rabbit food and swamp water concoctions
- You are ready to commit to some BIG CHANGES in your LIFE
- The idea of eating a delicious WHOLE FOOD menu is more exciting than terrifying
- You like the support and social aspects of a small group, with a hands on coach
- You are interested in a strength and flexibility workout called YOGAFIT
- You would benefit from the attention and advice from a holistic nutritional practitioner and an award-winning fitness instructor!
How does it work?: The first 4 weeks is your CLEANSE working closely with Jody MacDonald, Vitasential Nutrition. The following 6 weeks you begin YOGAFIT classes with Melissa Millar, Motiva Wellbeing and Fitness, as well as lay out your fitness goals and set up an exercise schedule to meet them.
The CLEANSE Includes:
- A cleanse coach with weekly meetings complete with presentations, food demos and taste testing
- Pre and post cleanse assessment.
- A crash course in cleansing: what is it, why is it important and what is the best (and easiest) way to go about it?
- Cleanse Kit: All the information you’ll need to get started and continue through the program, along with cool free swag.
- A customizable program to your level of comfort.
- Delicious weekly MEAL PLANS, SHOPPING LISTS, RECIPES that progressively get cleaner to allow you to get some significant renovations done.
The REVITALIZE Includes:
- Customized & detailed goal setting
- 6 YogaFit classes in your workplace or home - designed to relax and rejuvenate the body and mind as well as tone and stretch the muscles.
- Tools for enhanced positive thinking, and mental training drills
- Free pass for 6 cardio fitness classes provided by MOTIVA Wellbeing and Fitness (Halifax, Hammonds Plains, or Dartmouth) Guaranteed fat burning!
- 6 week exercise plan geared at improving overall health and fitness
- Advice and attention from an award-winning fitness instructor in a group no bigger than 9 people.
- Weekly handouts with relevant and useful tips on being fit and happy
When: One class per week for 50-60 minutes and regular email check-ins. Program is currently being offered on weekdays- please contact us to arrange for your group.
PROGRAM Fee: Please contact us to request a quote for your group. Approximate fee based on 5 people = $399 + tax. Price will vary depending on location, group size etc. (Split payments accepted-50% at registration, 50% at week 4.)
- Breaks down to only $39.90 per session for personalized attention over 10 classes, plus the 6 bonus fitness classes (normally $10-12 per class), AND materials you take with you. Working with a dietician or a personal trainer alone could cost $70-90 per session!

This, women only, 10 week team training program is for those who are READY FOR CHANGE! It's time for no more excuses. Turbo Training will get you moving and ensure you are on track for any health and wellness goal you have. All sessions are specially designed to accommodate women just starting out with exercise, those getting back into an exercise routine, and also those with more experience.
