Tuesday 1:05pm Cardio Interval Blitz Purdy's Wharf Fitness Centre Fitness Centre is located on the main level of Tower 2. Non-members may drop-in for $10. Doors are locked so please arrive early so that someone can let you in.
Wednesday 7:30pm YogaFit Halifax Semi-private classes (max 4 people). Please contact Melissa to see if any spots are available. $16 per class

Spirit - Discover your inner calm through basic breathing exercises & practise wasy to feel peaceful and happy; essential to keeping your soul healthy.

CORPORATE CORE CHALLENGE -Start date can be arranged for your organization!

This lunchtime program is one of the BEST ways to sculpt your middle and strengthen muscles which will improve balance, posture and overall muscle tone! Start with the essentials and gradually add on over 6-8 weeks until you are performing the intermediate to advanced versions of each exercise. The focus is on abs, back, gluteals and thighs.
