TURBO TRAINING -Purdy's Wharf Fitness Centre
Do you work or live downtown? This exercise and nutrition program will target all your trouble spots and help you conquer those barriers which have kept you from achieving your health and fitness goals.
Tuesday and Thursday 5:10-5:55pm
8 weeks (Jan 15 - March 14th)
Including:
- advice from an experienced trainer customized to you!
- cardio drills & muscle toning workouts that will turbo charge your results
- nutrition tips for weight loss or maintenance
- strategies to overcome those pesky obstacles
- 2 one-on-one assessments to evaluate your results

CORPORATE CORE CHALLENGE -Start date can be arranged for your organization!
This lunchtime program is one of the BEST ways to sculpt your middle and strengthen muscles which will improve balance, posture and overall muscle tone! Start with the essentials and gradually add on over 6-8 weeks until you are performing the intermediate to advanced versions of each exercise. The focus is on abs, back, gluteals and thighs.
